Who we are

This site is an independent, third-party web interface built around Alibaba's "Happy Oyster" world model. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Alibaba Group. The site is run by an independent operator ("we", "us") and you can reach us at [email protected].

"Happy Oyster" and any related marks are trademarks of Alibaba Group and are referenced here only for factual, descriptive purposes.

What we collect

When you subscribe to our launch list, we collect only your email address. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies on this page.

Why we collect it

To notify you when Happy Oyster launches, and occasionally to share product updates leading up to launch. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who processes it

Your email is stored with Resend, our email service provider, under a data processing agreement. Your email is not sold or shared with other third parties.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after launch if you never engage with our emails, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active subscribers by email.
